To effectively protect the physical health of employees, improve the corporate welfare system, and reflect the company's humanistic care, Huadun Helmet recently organized and conducted its 2026 annual health checkup activity for all employees.
As an enterprise focusing on helmet research, development, and manufacturing, Huadun Helmet always deeply understands that employees are the company's most valuable asset and the core driving force behind its continuous growth. While pursuing product quality and enterprise development, the company consistently places employees' safety and health at the top of its priorities. This health checkup is a practical reflection of the company's commitment to implementing a "people-oriented" management philosophy and caring for the vital interests of its staff.
To ensure the smooth progress of the health checkup, the Administrative Department communicated thoroughly and prepared meticulously with a professional medical institution in advance. Tailored to the health needs of employees across different positions and age groups, a comprehensive set of examination items was designed—including complete blood count, liver function, kidney function, electrocardiogram, internal/surgical examinations, and blood pressure measurements—aiming to thoroughly assess employees' health status from multiple perspectives.
On the day of the checkup, the site atmosphere was warm and orderly.
As shown in image, the checkup area was set up in the spacious and bright main lobby. Under the guidance of medical staff and company volunteers, employees queued up in an orderly fashion to undergo each examination step by step. Everyone was in high spirits, co-operating actively, and the entire process proceeded smoothly.
The image showcases the busy scene of the checkup site. Wearing masks, the medical staff maintained a gentle and attentive approach, carefully conducting various physiological tests such as blood sampling and blood pressure measurements for each employee. They also patiently provided professional answers and medical advice regarding health questions raised by the staff. Utilizing modern diagnostic equipment, employees were able to quickly and accurately understand their overall health conditions.
This health checkup activity received high praise from the entire workforce. Employees expressed that the checkup organized by the company not only allowed them to gain a comprehensive understanding of their physical condition but also enabled them to feel the warmth and care of the Huadun family, greatly enhancing their sense of belonging and work enthusiasm.
"Health is the foundation of everything. Only with good health can we better dedicate ourselves to work and deliver safer, higher-quality helmet products to our customers," remarked an employee from the production line after completing the checkup.
Moving forward, Huadun Helmet will continue to adhere to the corporate development philosophy of "Caring for Employees, Growing Together," constantly improving its employee welfare system, attending to employees' physical and mental well-being, and actively organizing diverse sports and cultural activities to foster a healthy, positive, and harmonious corporate environment. We firmly believe that with healthy and happy employees, Huadun Helmet's future will be even brighter!
